EMC Marriage Media provides services from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. No service is provided without the presence of guardians; work is not conducted solely under the supervision of a husband or wife.
At the time of customer registration, the client must submit their biodata, three (3) passport-size photos (4G/PP size), and a photocopy of their National ID card to the office.
Providing any kind of false information to each other is strictly prohibited. The responsibility for any false information lies entirely with the respective parties. In such cases, EMC Marriage Media cannot be held liable in any way.
Payments can be made through bKash, Rocket, Nagad, bank account pay-check, or cash.
It is declared that EMC Marriage Media provides free marriage assistance for orphans and helpless individuals.
For ensuring the smooth arrangement of the event, the presence of an EMC Marriage Media representative is required with customer cooperation.
From the time a customer becomes a member until the marriage is completed, it is mandatory to ensure the presence of a representative appointed by EMC Marriage Media at any meeting or event between both parties, or to inform the organization in due time.
Before finalizing the wedding date, both parties are responsible for personally verifying the background and character of the bride/groom.
If any members meet and arrange their marriage among themselves after the initial meeting but fail to notify us, they must pay all pending dues to EMC Marriage Media as per the agreement.
If the marriage is finalized through personal efforts or by any other means, the organization must be informed immediately.
Both parties must discuss and finalize all matters such as dower (denmohorana) and wedding date at their own responsibility. EMC Marriage Media will assist as much as possible if needed.
At the time of customer registration, the marriage fee account pay-check must be submitted in advance. Once the marriage is finalized, the marriage fee must be paid.
Any other expenses or gift items, apart from the membership fee/marriage fee, shall be borne by the customer.
A representative from EMC Marriage Media must be present at all wedding-related events such as engagement, turmeric ceremony, wedding, and reception (walima). Ensuring this opportunity is essential for the successful execution of the service.
As proof of successful marriages conducted through EMC Marriage Media, the customer must not object to the use of photos, videos, or other media on the organization’s social media pages and online platforms.
The company will conduct its activities according to proper rules and regulations. No pressure may be applied on the organization regarding service provision or marriage arrangements.
If any condition is violated, EMC Marriage Media will be compelled to seek legal action through its appointed lawyer.
For the completion of good work, the cooperation of parents as well as husbands and wives is highly appreciated.
Birth, death, and marriage are in the hands of Almighty Allah. We assure you that all sincere efforts will be made, InshaAllah. However, accepting the final outcome—whatever it may be—is your responsibility.
Please refrain from insulting or using abusive language toward any customer or representative of the organization.
